General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1Purpose and Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed with Kern Metals. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.
2Orders and Quotes
Quote requests can be submitted via our online form. Quotes are valid for 30 days from their date of issue. An order is only confirmed after written acceptance of the quote and receipt of any required deposit.
3Prices and Payment
Prices are quoted in Euros, excluding taxes. VAT and applicable taxes will be added at invoicing. Payment terms are specified in each quote. Late payment penalties will be applied in accordance with applicable law.
4Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and given in good faith. Delays cannot give rise to damages, order cancellation, or refusal to take delivery. Goods travel at the buyer's risk.
5Warranties
Our products comply with REACH and CE regulations. Any claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective products.
6Liability
Kern Metals' liability is limited to the amount of the order. We shall not be held liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
